LENT

ASH WEDNESDAY

On Ash Wednesday, the Family Life Center will have the prayer labyrinth and other prayer stations set up throughout the day for your use! We invite you to come into the church and pray through these stations. They will be available for you to go through (alone or with your whole family!) from 8:00am to 6:00pm on February 14.

Pray Through Lent

After Ash Wednesday, these prayer stations will be set up in the Lounge throughout Lent for your use. This “Prayer Closet” will have several guided activities with the goal of deepening your prayer life during this season.

We invite you to pray with us, not just during Lent, but always!

1 Thessalonians encourages us to “rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus”.

May we make this season one full of prayer, joy, and gratitude for all God has done and will continue to do for us.

Joyful for Jesus!

This year's project was awesome as our elves shared donated gifts, home-made cookies and time in one-with-one personal spoken prayers with over 60 Hungry Hearts folks in need.  Prayers focused toward health and provision.   Everyone selected a personal gift and was also offered a blanket, hats, gloves, scarves and anything from The Sock Box. Serving God with and for so many was truely mountaintop God love. Much thanks and joy for all who chose to serve God in this way. It was a pleasure organizing donations and serving alongside each of you who are Joyful for Jesus!
