General Conference Conversation for York District
On Thursday, April 21st, at 6:30 p.m., at Messiah UMC in York, our District Superintendent will be hosting a district conversation on our current understanding of what is occurring with General Conference, what we know, what we don't know, and how to continue in ministry together. The Rev. Dr. Tom Salsgiver, assistant to our bishops, as well as Secretary for the NE Jurisdiction, will be joining us and leading the conversation. For those who have questions, if possible, please submit ahead to the District Office so that Tom has time to research. If not, feel free to submit questions that evening and if necessary, Tom will research and share answers at a later date.
Thank you to my loving church family for all your prayers, condolences, food, calls and cards which are much appreciated and help to bring comfort and lift us up during this grief journey for Bob.
