Mail Service is up to only missing a day or two a week. We feel confident that tithes and offerings mailed to the church will arrive here safely. If you wish to send your contributions via mail, you are welcome to do so.
*Healing Prayer will be offered at the conclusion of both worship services at the altar and the cross respectively on Communion Sundays beginning Sunday May 1.

Post-High School Connections - First Church Friends: I am looking for people to connect with our post high age young adults. Check-in texts, notes, and emails are a great way to let them know they're a part of the family even when they may not be able to attend regularly. Wednesday Men’s Bible Study meets every week at 6:30 am in the FLC lobby.
The Veterans Fellowship will meet Tuesday May 10 at 6:30p.m. in the Alder Bowers Class room. “

An Adult Work Camp is being planned by Cindy Shoemaker at Central Presbyterian for this spring or summer to take place at Bowling Green, Kentucky in response to recent tornado damage. A district conversation on our current understanding of what is occurring with the UMC General Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 18th , at 10 a.m., at Calvary UMC in Dillsburg. Our District Superintendent, Cathy Boileau will be hosting to talk about what we know, what we don't know, and how to continue in ministry together. The Rev. Dr. Tom Salsgiver, assistant to our bishops, as well as Secretary for the NE Jurisdiction, will be joining us and leading the conversation. You are invited to submit questions ahead to the District Office (York@susumc.org) so that Dr. Salsgiver has time to research. Feel free to submit questions that evening and if necessary, Dr. Salsgiver will research and share answers at a later date.

- A new 29 note extension, allowing the existing Pedal Trompet to play in the manuals as a solo stop. Cost: $10,900.
- Addition of 12 pipes, wind chest, electronic extension, and action changes to allow the Swell 4’ Oboe to also play at 16’ and 8’ pitch. Cost: $15,100
- Addition of a new stop to the Swell, an 8’ Geigen Principal with vintage pipes, new wind chest and necessary action. The scale of the existing Swell 4’ Principal will also be increased. Cost: $11,200.

New Member's Class
A class for new adult members of FUMC will be held Sunday mornings at 10 during Sunday School on May 1,8,15 and 22. The class will meet in the Resource Room (134). FUMC Prayer & Study Group-
